Seed Production Technology and Equipment

Scope

Focus on areas that have direct or future impacts related to seed production, new and emerging technologies and advancements in seed equipment.

Priorities

1. Identify and promote sustainability programs within the agricultural communities we serve, focusing on opportunities to minimize carbon footprints with grower base and at seed production facilities and promote programs to improve clean water and reduce soil erosion.
2. Communicate and educate the seed industry through collaboration with industry and academia on current state-of-art processes and equipment, as well as new processes/equipment available or under development.
3. Work on Farm Labor/Immigration Reform to minimize labor shortages.
